Monthly Onsite Maintenance
Our standard Monthly Maintenance plan consists of a highly qualified and competent Systems Engineer attending your premises to check all aspects of your network. This includes the checking all aspects of your server(s) - from the amount of disk space remaining, to making sure your backups have been working, fixing any errors found on the server, installing Windows updates on all workstations and server(s), and ensuring that your network firewalls are running the latest security patches.
Monthly Onsite Maintenance - Plus Daily checks
We perform all of the checks above, and we will also log on to your server daily to ensure your backups are working, check any errors logged on the server, and to provide a monthly report that identifies trends in disk space usage.
Complete Protection
Our complete protection plan is designed for businesses who require a complete network solution.
As part of this plan we perform all of our Monthly Onsite tasks, check your backups and server health daily, and also provide a solid Disaster Recovery plan where your important company information is replicated to our offsite storage and Disaster Recovery site on a daily basis.
This means that if your server was damaged or destroyed we can get your systems back up and running in a minimal amount of time - thus decreasing the disruption that a disaster of this kind usually causes.
