Monthly Onsite Maintenance

Our Monthly Maintenance Plan consists of a highly qualified and competent systems engineer attending your premises.

This Engineer will:
• Perform a thorough check on all aspects of your network
• Perform a check on all aspects of your Server(s) from the amount of disk space remaining to making sure the back ups have been working.
• Fix any errors found on the Server.
• Install windows updates on workstations and Server(s).

• Ensure that your network firewalls are running the latest security patches

Monthly Onsite Maintenance
- Plus Daily checks

We will perform all of the checks outlined above and will also:

• Log on to your Server daily to ensure your back ups are working
• Check any errors while logged onto the Server
• Provide a monthly report that identifies trends in disk space usage.

Complete Protection

Our complete protection plan is designed for businesses who require a complete network solution.

• Perform all Monthly onsite tasks as outlined above
• Check Back-ups and Server health daily
